What data we collect When you submit a booking request, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, and an optional message. We also store the date and time slot of your booking. We do not sell your data. 3. Purposes and legal basis We use your data to process your booking request, send you a confirmation email, and notify our team. The legal basis is your consent (given when you submit the form) and, where applicable, performance of a contract. 4. Recipients and subprocessors Your data is stored and processed with the help of Supabase (database hosting) and our email delivery provider. We choose providers that respect data protection laws. Data is not sold to third parties. 5. Retention We keep booking data for up to three years after the booking date (or after the last contact related to the booking) for legal and operational purposes. After that, we delete or anonymise the data. 6. Your rights (GDPR) You have the right to: access your data; have it corrected; have it deleted; restrict or object to processing; receive a copy (portability); and to complain to a supervisory authority (e.g. the Greek Data Protection Authority).
